  • Where is Nativa SPA from?

    Olá! We’re from Brazil, and we’re proudly part of the Boticário Group—one of the country’s largest and most-loved beauty companies. Founded by renowned pharmacist Dr. Miguel Krigsner, Boticário has been at the forefront of sustainability for the past 30 years, and is a UN Global Pact member and guardian of its Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).   • Do you offer discount codes or promotions?

    Yes! Special offers are just one way that we like to take care of our community (you!). If you sign up for our newsletter here, you’ll receive 15% off your first purchase and early access to sales.

  • Do you offer samples?

    We don’t offer samples for one simple reason: Single-use packets don’t get recycled. (Approximately 800 billion of them are produced every year, and tend to end up in the waterways.). That said, you can get the whole Nativa SPA nourishing experience, with our affordable, and fully recyclable Starter Kit.

  • Where are your authorized retailers?

    We’re still new(ish) around here, so the best way to shop our products for now is on this very site right here or through Amazon. Sign up for our newsletter here and we’ll let you know when we expand into more stores!

  • What is your shipping policy?

  • How do I track my order?

    After placing your order, and receiving a confirmation email, we’ll send you another email with tracking information within 24-48 hours. You can also create a Nativa Spa accountand check your tracking info under the Order tab or say hi to our Care Team at care@shopnativaspa.com to get the tracking details. 

  • What is your return policy?

    At Nativa SPA, we believe in caring the whole way. If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll take care of it. We gladly accept returns as new in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Learn more here.

  • Do you test on animals?

    Absolutely not! In fact, our parent company banned animal testing over 20 years ago. We are 100% Vegan, Cruelty-Free & Leaping Bunny-Certified.

  • Can I purchase a gift card?

    We offer gift cards for $25.00, $50.00 and $100.00. You can purchase them here. We like to think of them as little embraces for the people we love—whether near or far.

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major Credit Cards, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

  • Is Nativa SPA open to partnerships?
