Arms Self-massage moment

STEP 1
Start off by spreading the Toning Body Lotion on the skin.

STEP 2
Wrap your hand around the arm, gliding it firmly from elbow to shoulder. Repeat this movement for a minute on each arm.

STEP 3
There’s more: remember to do the same motion on the outside of the arm and on the forearms.

Abs Self-massage moment

STEP 1
Let’s start by spreading the Toning Body Lotion on the skin.

STEP 2
Place one hand over the other and firmly make clockwise circular movements surrounding the belly button.

STEP 3
Repeat this same movement 3 times.

STEP 4
For 1 minute, use your fingers to give your abs a few light pinches all over.

STEP 5
Apply another dab of Toning Body Lotion around your waist.

STEP 6
With your hands wide open and fingers pointing downwards, move your palms from your ribs to the center of your abs. When you reach the belly button, move down toward your pelvis.

STEP 7
Repeat this same movement for at least 1 minute. You should be feeling energized.

Legs Self-massage moment

STEP 1
Begin by spreading the Toning Body Oil evenly all over the thigh.

STEP 2
Grip around the thigh with both your palms.

STEP 3
Slide your palms firmly all the way from the knee to the groin.

STEP 4
Repeat this movement 10 to 15 times on each thigh. You’re welcome.

Glutes Self-massage moment

STEP 1
First things first: spread the Toning Body Oil evenly all over the thigh.

STEP 2
While the Oil is still fresh, make a firm upward movement on the glute by gliding your palms.

STEP 3
Now, repeat this movement 10 to 15 times.

STEP 4
Do the same on the other glute, and we’re done!

Feet Self-massage moment

STEP 1
First of all, apply the Toning Body Lotion on the sole of the foot. Be firm.

STEP 2
Grip the foot with both thumbs on the sole. They should be side by side.

STEP 3
Press each hand to opposite directions, making the foot twist slightly and with relief.

STEP 4
Repeat this movement for at least 1 minute on each foot.

STEP 5
Now, overlap the thumbs and glide firmly from the heel up towards the toes.

STEP 6
Once again, repeat this movement for at least 1 minute on each foot. Feel the release.

STEP 7
Place the thumbs on the back of the foot and slide all over its extension for 1 minute. Repeat on the other foot. We’re done!

Hands Self-massage moment

STEP 1
Let’s begin! Spread the Toning Body Lotion on both hands.

STEP 2
Using a pinching motion, press and glide downwards from fingertip to fist on the opposite hand.

STEP 3
Go ahead and repeat this movement on all fingers for at least 1 minute.

STEP 4
Now, do the same sequence on the other hand.

STEP 5
Place your thumb in the center of the opposite palm and move it from the wrist up to the tip of each finger.

STEP 6
Once you’re done, repeat the same movement on the other hand. Feeling energized? Thought so!
